Rate the music. Hot or not?

If you’re like most people and aren’t living under a rock, you are probably acutely aware of the current legal battles that Johnny Depp is embroiled in with his ex-wife, Amber Heard. We will spare you the details of that painful courtroom re-enactment since celebrity gossip isn’t our thing however, we do feel compelled to share some other aspects of Johnny Depp’s life that endear him to us dearly, namely his musical talents as a rhythm guitarist for a classic rock supergroup that he is a member of, called The Hollywood Vampires.

Maybe you’ve heard The Hollywood Vampires come up in the current courtroom drama that is being broadcast live to the world, perhaps you already knew about them, or have never heard of them until now. Either way, please allow us to distract you from the onslaught of Johnny’s daily courtroom coverage and awaken your rock ‘n’ roll spidey senses to one of the coolest things about Johnny Depp; his supergroup classic/blues rock band, The Hollywood Vampires.

The Hollywood Vampires is a real band that makes albums and tours. It’s a supergroup of rock legends consisting of Alice Cooper on vocals, Joe Perry (Aerosmith) on lead guitar, and Johnny Depp on rhythm guitar.  If you’re into classic rock, blues, Led Zeppelin or Johnny Depp, take a break from the courtroom drama or completely ignore it (as we have chosen to do) and allow this three-minute cover song his band did of Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love” remind you of why we all love and are rooting for Johnny.
