These Fighters Had The Best WalkOut Songs of UFC 270

UFC 270 was the first PPV of 2022 and one of the most highly anticipated bouts between heavyweights, Francis Ngannou and Cyril Gane, where they competed for the “baddest man on the planet” title and heavyweight belt. It also marked the third fight in a trilogy title battle between flyweights, Brandon Moreno and Deiveson Figueiredo. Now that the dust has settled, we know that Francis retained his heavyweight belt by outwrestling Cyrul Gane-yet another skill of Ngannou’s that we’ve all been sleeping on, while Moreno lost his belt by unanimous decision to Figueiredo. However, when it comes to the title of best walkout songs of UFC 270, some of the losing fighters on the card, actually were the winners when it came to choosing their walkout song-except for Francis who not only retained his belt but also walked out to one of the best walkout songs (and most prophetic!) on the UFC 270 fight card. Here are the top 3 best walkout songs of UFC 270 based on the live crowd’s reaction and our staff picks.
- Cody Stamman, “ Staying Alive” by the Bee Gees
- Trevor Giles, “Jesus Walks” by Kanye West
- Francis Ngannou, “God’s Plan” by Drake
